In the Introduction to the volume, Johanna Fassl reflects on essential numbers under the premise of SDG 4.3 “By 2030, ensure equal access for all women and men to affordable and quality technical, vocational and tertiary education, including university.” Although the trend for displaced students to enter the halls of university is slowly rising, there is much work to be done, inside and outside the lecture halls, to provide equal opportunities to complete university degrees.
