Study in Seoul

South Korea’s crypto craze has morphed into a blockchain boom.

Studying at aSSIST in Korea gives students the opportunity to experience one of the world’s most forward-thinking cities, which had one of the world's largest bitcoin and ethereum markets. Though markets for cryptocurrencies have since fallen, there are new projects underway to bring services built on blockchain platforms into the lives of almost every Korean. Seoul is a hub for outstanding tech talent and innovative blockchain startups like Ground X and ICON who are backed by heavyweights like Naver and Kakao. And in the government sector, the Seoul metropolitan government has unveiled a five-year plan that includes investments worth over $150 million to support the city's position as a global blockchain hub.
