Tatiana Balushkina is Assistant Professor of International Management. She obtained her Ph. D. degree in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in 2021, with her dissertation on the individual-level workplace outcomes of narcissism. Prior to joining Franklin University Switzerland, Dr. Balushkina was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
Her current research explores the effect of personality traits, gender stereotypes, and team diversity on employees’ behavior, performance, and decision-making. Her work has been published in the “Journal of Vocational Behavior.”
Before joining academia, Dr. Balushkina had been working as financial reporting accountant and business planning analyst.
