Wout Maerschalck is a proficient strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte with a deep-seated passion for education. His academic pursuits include a dual Master's degree in Business Administration (MSc) and Education (MEd) from KU Leuven in Belgium, equipping him with a versatile skill set encompassing business knowledge, teaching expertise, and a creative mindset. Complementing this, he engages with academia by occasionally serving as a guest lecturer, finding immense satisfaction in shaping the future leaders of tomorrow. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
