Franklin Alumni Celebrate Swiss National Day at Swiss Fair

On July 28, 2024, Franklin alumni and their families had the chance to immerse themselves in Swiss culture at the annual Swiss Fair in Whittier. Hosted by the United Swiss Societies, this year’s event celebrated Swiss National Day with a vibrant mix of games, live music, and mouthwatering Swiss delicacies. From savoring traditional dishes like Raclette to enjoying Rivella, attendees experienced a rich tapestry of Swiss heritage. The fair also featured a booth hosted by a member of the Franklin Admissions department, offering a unique connection to the Franklin community. The event, which began at 11 AM, was a delightful celebration of Swiss traditions and a great opportunity for alumni to enjoy a day of cultural festivities.
