Elettra Fiumi is a journalist and an award-winning documentary film director, producer and editor. She is the founder of Fiumi Studios production company and her work has been featured on the BBC, MSNBC, The New Yorker and other leading news outlets. She has also worked on films for Netflix and Amazon Prime. Her client list includes Siemens, Whatsapp, Airbnb and Walmart. She explores themes of discovery, innovation and culture in her work, often intimate portraits of people, companies and initiatives. Elettra was raised in Florence and received a master's degree in digital journalism from the Columbia University School of Journalism and a B.A. with honors from Mount Holyoke College where she studied political science and Spanish.
