Gaia Clara Barcilòn has a strong educational and professional background in law, sustainability, and human rights. She holds a Master of International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, and an LL.B. from City University of London, all with distinction.
Currently, Gaia serves as the CEO of EOS Social Responsibility Solutions SA in Lugano, Switzerland, where she develops scalable CSR/ESG strategies that help organizations achieve measurable improvements in sustainability and social impact and secures partnerships to drive sustainability initiatives. Previously, she worked as a lawyer at the World Health Organization, where she provided legal expertise on initiatives aimed at ending violence against children. In academia, Gaia is an adjunct professor at Duke University and Franklin University, and she has taught CSR at City University of London. Her diverse experience reflects her commitment to advancing sustainability and human rights in both professional and academic settings.
