Follow these simple steps to create your email signature.
Computer
- Enter your custom information into the form below.
- Click the "Preview below" button to display a preview of your signature below the form.
- If you are satisfied with the result, click "Copy to clipboard" and then open Outlook or another application you use for email.
- Paste the copied text into your email program's signature block.
iPhone*
- Enter your custom information into the form below.
- Click the "Preview below" button to display a preview of your signature below the form.
- If you are satisfied with the result, select the signature preview with your mobile device's text selection tool and use the device's copy function.
- Go to Settings->Mail->Signatures and paste the signature into the appropriate field for your Franklin email account.
*HTML signatures are not supported for Outlook on Android and must be created in plain text.
All fields are optional, but a minimum of name and title are preferred.

Seal should only be used for President's Office, Board of Trustees and Alumni personnel. All other staff and faculty should use the "F" Mark.
